The annual election of the Cairo Fire District will take place on Tuesday, December 10, 2024 between the hours of 6:00pm ad 9:00pm at the Cairo Firehouse located at 30 Railroad Ave, Cairo, New York, for the purpose of electing one fire district commissioner for a five year term commencing January 1, 2025 and ending December 31, 2029.
All voters registered with the Greene County Board of Elections on or before November 18, 2024, and residing in the Fire District for a period of 30 days preceding the election shall be eligible to vote.
