Qualifications for this exemption:
Must be 65 years old
Must be your primary residence
Must have GROSS INCOME of $43499.99 or under for year 2022
Do not use taxable income or adjusted gross income (agi)
Assessor must receive application RP467 by 3-1-2024 completed, signed
(all owners) along with driver’s license(s) and 2022 Federal Tax & 2022 NYS Tax returns (all owners & spouses income)
RP467 application can be obtained from the assessor or tax.ny.gov
