NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Sec 175 of the Town Law, the annual Election of the Cairo Fire District will take place on Tuesday,
December 12, 2023, between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. at the Cairo Fire House located at 30 Railroad Ave, Cairo, New York, for
the purpose of electing one fire district commissioner for a five (5) year term, commencing January 1, 2024, and ending December 31, 2028.
All voters registered with the Greene County Board of Elections on or before November 20, 2023, and residing in the Fire District for a period of thirty (30) days preceding the election shall be eligible to vote.
